I've been pondering over the last month or so about a newsletter. Before the creation of this board, it would've been a VS newsletter, but w/ close to 15k members now, that would be quite a handful for any of us to try and manage. But w/ just the TX crew to worry about, I think it's entirely possible for us to publish a newsletter. Just to clarify, by newsletter, I don't mean hard copy on paper; but something that would either be posted up in a pinned topic on this board or something that you would subscribe to and receive via e-mail. I'm thinking maybe once a month or maybe once every two months. It might include stuff like member profiles, modification reviews, upcoming meet schedules, other various informative articles. I have some working experience w/ Microsoft Publisher and can put some stuff together. What do you guys think?

Let's get together on this n make it something TXC can hold over the rest of VS's (especially NWC's) heads. We actually have a leg up on NEC they're in a scramble right now to reorganize their groups to do meets. but we're still way behind on NWC, SoCal, and Florida. Since having multiple meets is out of the question since TX is so damn big and our schedules vary this would be a very good way for us to still get to know eachother and help one another out w/o having to travel miles to do so. Lets try this out TXC it could do some real good.
