TX Board Vet Posts: 218 Group: Members Member #52 Joined: January 8, 2008	Well, I took my 945's head to Long Racing Engines (as recommended by Nick) and haven't had any problems. They didn't remove the two temp sensors in it (I was wanting to replace them) but those things pretty much weld themselves in, especially if it overheats. http://longracingengines.com

I was thinking of getting a junk yard head and having it checked out before I install it. I can't leave the car in an nonrunning state on the street. What shop are you?
